Established in 1997 with 22 rooms, Blue Bay Hotel has undergone significant expansion. This led to the founding of Blue Bay S.A. In 2008, they elevated the hotel experience with new additions and top-tier services. Today, their establishment boasts 69 rooms and suites, each offering breathtaking views. The Tsapanidis family’s vision was to create a haven of discreet luxury, imbued with a warm atmosphere in an exceptional natural setting.

The Challenge

Before implementing hotellab, the team at Blue Bay Hotel faced several challenges in managing their pricing strategy effectively.

The General Manager, responsible for revenue optimization, struggled with time-consuming manual work and a lack of centralized tools. Monitoring competitors required switching between multiple platforms, as there was no dedicated Rate Shopper. At the same time, adjusting prices across 12 different room types was complex and inefficient, making it difficult to react quickly to market changes.

Additionally, the absence of seamless integration with their Channel Manager, primalres, created further operational friction and increased the risk of inconsistencies in pricing.
