A game-changing alliance in hospitality education

City Unity College, in collaboration with its esteemed partner Swiss Alpine Center – the Swiss Business School for Hotel & Tourism Management Education – is proud to announce a strategic partnership with hotellab, a global leader in revenue management training and simulation.

This dynamic alliance brings hotellab’s cutting-edge Revenue Management System (RMS) directly into the classroom, giving City Unity College students an extraordinary opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the same tools used by top hospitality professionals around the world.

At the heart of this initiative is a shared vision: to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application. Students will benefit from immersive, industry-relevant training designed to build confidence, sharpen decision-making, and enhance career readiness.

The hotellab Pricing simulator refers to a hands-on training tool built on real Revenue Management System (RMS) technology and data from over 350 hotels. In a gamified setting, students take on the role of a Revenue Manager at a 4-star city hotel, making strategic pricing decisions based on real-world scenarios.

Our students are the future of hospitality, and they deserve access to the very best tools and learning experiences,” said George Diamantis, Head of the Hospitality Management Department and a Revenue Management expert. “This partnership with hotellab goes far beyond a simple curriculum update! It’s a strategic step toward empowering our graduates to lead in a fast-evolving global industry. With hands-on training in pricing tools, business intelligence, and real-world analytics they’ll be ready to make data-driven decisions from day one.”

As part of the rollout, Mr. Diamantis will be officially certified as a Simulator Instructor by hotellab, ensuring that students receive expert guidance and support. Hotellab’s team will also work closely with faculty during the launch phase to ensure a smooth and impactful integration.

But the collaboration doesn’t stop in the classroom. Students and alumni will also have access to exclusive workshops, specialized training sessions, and exciting networking opportunities. One standout event will be a joint reception during the Xenia Trade Show 2025 in Athens.

We’re incredibly proud to join forces with Swiss Alpine Center and City Unity College,” said Nikolaos Tsitsoulis, Co-founder and Commercial Director of Hotellab. “Our mission is to prepare the next generation of hospitality professionals with the critical skills needed to lead in a dynamic and competitive industry.”

This partnership marks a significant milestone in City Unity College’s mission to deliver top-tier, forward-looking education that keeps pace with the industry’s rapid transformation. For students eager to gain a competitive edge and a world-class education, the future starts here.
