FAQ
Once the commercial agreement is signed and the launch process starts, we issue the first invoice. It covers the first subscription period as well as setup and onboarding. VAT is added if the company is registered in Estonia.
Our pricing is designed to fit your hotel’s specific size and goals. It consists of two parts:
– One-time Setup Fee: This is a fixed fee paid when you sign up. It covers the cost of setting up your account, connecting to your existing hotel software (PMS), and training your team.
– Monthly Subscription: Our RMS Pro plan, which is our most popular choice, starts at $350 per month. We also offer other plan options to suit different needs, with costs based on your number of rooms and the extra “upgrade modules” you choose to add.
Because every hotel is different, we build a custom package for you so you only pay for what you actually use.
We don’t use a “one-size-fits-all” price tag because we want to make sure your cost matches the size and goals of your business. Your final price is based on three simple things:
1. Your Hotel Size: Our pricing scales based on the number of rooms you manage.
2. Plan Choice: Whether you choose RMS Pro or one of our other available tiers, you only pay for the features you need.
3. Upgrade Modules: You can add extra tools (like advanced forecasting or specific reports) to any plan if you need more power.
This way, you get a system that works perfectly for your hotel without paying for things you don’t need.
While we work hard to keep our integration process seamless, please note that some Property Management Systems (PMS) or Channel Managers (CM) may charge their own fees for connecting to third-party services.
These potential costs are separate from our services and are not included in your hotellab subscription. We recommend reaching out to your PMS or Channel Manager representative directly to ask if they charge any “integration” or “API” fees.
